Oranit panelling fit out for Conwy Council in Colwyn Bay
Giotto Group was delighted to recently complete their work on an exciting new project for Conwy Council’s new offices in Colwyn Bay. The new offices will provide a ‘one-stop shop’ for all of the local public’s needs, consolidating a number of office spaces and buildings into one easily accessible, cost effective building, reducing the council’s carbon footprint and helping the environment too.
As well as being part of the Council’s Modernisation Programme, this new office also supports the regeneration of Colwyn Bay. Bringing people in to the heart of Colwyn Bay will bring vitality, footfall and an anticipated additional spend in the town of up to £1m by people using this new building.
The main works, carried out by Bowmer and Kirkland, were due to be completed in October 2018. Giotto’s skilled workmen were called in to carry out an Oranit walnut panelling fit out in the entrance and reception area of the new building.
Oranit products offer the highest design, technology and environmental standards in all of their products. Providing beautiful, solid wood Shiluvit ceilings to world class standards around the globe.
