At Giotto, we have a raft of experience in helping organisations relocate. As anyone who has been through the process before will tell you, there is much more work involved than is originally estimated at the outset.

We specialise in easing the stresses and strains placed on companies who need to relocate to new premises. Relocation is much more than finding a building in the right location, of the right size and moving staff and equipment. Full relocation will often include many if not all of the following elements, in which The Giotto Group have a wealth of experience: We can source new premises and help negotiate terms, assist with planning applications - building control and landlord approvals, offer new build design and construction, structural steelwork, civil, mechanical and electrical specifications, full decommissioning and re-commissioning of plant and machinery, fit out including raised access floors, suspended ceilings, partitioning and wall/floor finishes and furniture, all electrical and mechanical specifications and installations, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, data cabling and telecom systems, fire alarm and security, structural building works, site supervision and management.
