Project Management
Here at Giotto, Project Management is not just about tasks and deadlines, it’s about people and how they interact to bring success and exceed expectations. We apply our vast years of knowledge, experience and techniques in managing the complexities of industrial projects alongside our skills in such disciplines as contract management, mechanical, electrical and building services installations in order to meet the requirements of the particular project and ultimately the objectives of our clients.
The role of our team of highly qualified Project Managers includes all areas of planning, monitoring and control of operations in accordance with the client’s objectives relating to quality, cost and time. We are concerned with the overall planning and co-ordination of a client’s project from inception to completion aimed at meeting all requirements during the course of the project. We ensure all eventualities are covered and the project is completed on time and within the agreed budget.
All senior staff are professionally qualified engineers and provide a full project management service: feasibility studies, site selection, including lease negotiation if required, construction, building services, plant installation and dealing with statutory authorities to comply with all relevant legislation and regulations such as planning permission, building regulations, environmental standards and health and safety rules are all part of the full service.
Every aspect of the job is planned, executed, monitored and controlled with minimum disruption to our client’s working day allowing them to focus on running their business.
