In 2004 Multigraphics Ltd., conducted a management buyout with the help of 3i, the total investment reaching approximately £10M. One of the major elements of the buyout was the objective of finding new manufacturing and office space that would give added impetus and motivation to the company and underline the new management commitment to the business.

Multigraphics needed a partner who were capable of managing the whole process of the relocation, which included site selection and lease negotiations, and managing the construction and fit out to adapt the building to suit the clients specific requirements.

In addition, The Giotto Group was commissioned to move and install the large format printing equipment and plant into the new site. Lasting just over three months, the relocation and fit out programme was fully managed and co-ordinated by The Giotto Group with the minimum of disruption ensuring a stress free and smooth operation allowing Multigraphics to concentrate on the day to day running of their business.
