Featuring in the Sunday Times list of Top 100 Companies for growth, Kohler Daryl is a leading manufacturer of high quality shower solutions. The company ethos is quality and solidity throughout and when choosing a partner to deliver new manufacturing space, Giotto were the obvious choice.

After discussions with Daryl the Giotto project team developed the plans showing the size and layout of the facility needed to meet the demands of the production process. Production of the architectural design and detailed specification for fit out then followed. Once completed the building work could then commence swiftly followed by the construction phase.

Giotto’s responsibilities included the construction of the building and external works for heavy transport access, the design and installation of the building services, liaison with Utilities and Authorities to facilitate the installation of energy supplies, negotiations to secure Planning Consent and ensuring that the works met all Building Regulations and Fire Safety standards to acquire the appropriate certifications. Less than three months later Giotto had completed the construction of the building.
