The Giotto Group was employed for their wealth of technical engineering expertise and experience working in manufacturing and heavy industrial environments. The Giotto Group undertook the full relocation and fit out of the new 200,000 square foot facility, detailing all mechanical and electrical specifications, installation of structural steel works and movement and installation of production equipment.

In addition, the £3 million plus project encompassed the design and installation of a twelve metre high composite wall for a laboratory and workshop rooms utilising steel and industrial partitioning systems to accommodate numerous production facilities alongside the construction of a specialist shielded X-ray room.

Co-ordination of all services comprising of lighting, gas, water, compressed air and a full heating, air conditioning and ventilating system were incorporated into the building. A comprehensive smoke and fire alarm system was also installed throughout the plant. All certification from the appropriate authorities and utilities were acquired. The manufacturing plant was fully occupied and working as normal during which time The Giotto team ensured a stress-free and smooth operation.
