Electrical & Mechanical Services A major part of any project we undertake is the electrical and mechanical elements which typically involve the provision of heating and air conditioning, lighting, low and high voltage solutions and other services such as gas and water. We specialise in providing a one stop shop for all our clients’ electrical and mechanical requirements either as part of major refurbishment, an extension to existing premises or the fitting out of new premises as part of a relocation package acting as the interface between the client, building control and the landlord.
