For over sixty years, Didsbury Engineering has been producing and maintaining world class lifting and handling solutions for defence logistics, aircraft maintenance and health and safety applications.

When they needed to move to new premises they decided that they needed a “one stop shop” in terms of project managing the design of the office layout and moving both the production facilities and offices and gaining all of the necessary regulatory and landlord approvals. According to Didsbury’s Managing Director Mike Bailey, they needed a company who were capable of not only understanding their needs in terms of their production requirements but also capable of designing and delivering an office environment that they would be proud to invite their clients into, an environment that would reflect the high quality of work required by both the Civil Aviation Market and the Military in terms of operational work.

The Giotto Group were responsible for fitting out the production area with all the relevant electrical and mechanical equipment and services required to enable production of Didsbury Engineering’s high tech lifting and handling equipment.
